Printing onto pottery
Hand printing and foot printing pottery is a lovely and timeless way to record your children as they are today. We have a range of pottery to choose from which include tiles, plates, plaques, photo frames, boxes and mugs.
Prices range from £7 - £20.
All glazes are non toxic and completely safe.
We will help you print your baby or toddlers little pinkies onto the pottery and will advise you on colour combinations and decoration ideas.
Booking is required for all sessions at the studio. We are open Friday - Sunday during term time but we are able to take bookings around these days for groups.
If you regularly meet up with other new mums why not book a baby print session at our studio and sort out all your gifts and keepsakes. We serve a selection of free hot and cold drinks and an area to chill out and catch up with your friends. We can fit a maximum of 7 adults and babies at one time.
We are also mobile Monday to thursday! We can come to your home, postnatal groups, mother and toddler groups and pre-schools. Minimum group of 7 for mobile pottery sessions.

Making clay tiles or plaques is another option of recording how precious your children are.
We use extra soft clay to capture all the detail found in their hands and feet. We will also have a couple of go's to ensure we get the best print possible.
We will advise you on a number of decoration options and can glaze the piece for you with your choice of colours and any writing you would like such as your child's name and age.
Clay plaques need to be dried very slowly before firing, this is to avoid any warping and cracking. It is a timely process so please bear this in mind if you are wanting these as gifts you will need to allow 3 -4 weeks for the completed item.
